What should I do if I haven't received the email containing the documents?
Confirmation Email – Check Your Inbox!
Thank you for providing your email address. If you entered it correctly, an email from us should already be on its way to your inbox. Please keep an eye out for it.

When will my vehicle appear on the MID listing?
After purchasing your policy, your insurance details will be promptly passed to the Motor Insurance Database (MID). Rest assured that we meet the required timescales for this process.
However, please note that due to the short-term nature of this insurance, there is a possibility that your policy may expire before the details are fully loaded into the database.
For your peace of mind, we strongly advise you to print your Insurance Certificate and keep it with you at all times. This certificate serves as valid proof of your insurance coverage and legal entitlement to drive the vehicle.
Can I cancel my policy?
Short Term Car/Van Insurance: You have the right to cancel your policy at any time. However, please note that due to the short-term nature of this policy, no refund of the premium will be provided. Additionally, for policies covering 1 to 28 days, there is no cooling-off period available.
Monthly Insurance: For monthly insurance policies, an administrative charge may apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for a detailed breakdown of the charges.
Can I insure my SORN vehicle?

Roadworthy Condition: Your vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition to be eligible for insurance coverage.
Valid Tax or Taxing with Our Insurance Certificate: Your vehicle should have valid tax, or you must plan to tax the vehicle using our insurance certificate during the coverage period.
Current MOT or Pre-booked MOT Appointment: The vehicle must have a current MOT, or you should have a pre-booked MOT appointment scheduled during the period of insurance. Please verify our insurers’ criteria before purchasing the policy.
